Troy is originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana and
came to know Christ at a young age. He graduated from McNeese State
University in 1993 (Go Cowboys!) and Mid-America Baptist Seminary in 1997. Before
coming to LifePoint, Troy spent 9 years on staff at Colonial Hills Church
in Southaven, MS. He has been married to Alison, a special education
teacher at Worthington Estates Elementary School, since 1996. Troy
serves as Executive and Teaching Pastor here at LifePoint and is responsible
for providing direction and leadership for all aspects of our LifeGroups
and for sharing in the responsibility of preparing and teaching weekly messages. When
he is not at work Troy enjoys a really, really good cup of coffee, LSU Football,
Memphis Tiger Basketball, and chasing fish with his fly rod.
